With an innate desire to help people and a passion for real estate at his core, Brad Feldman is consistently focusing on how to ensure that every client he works with is happier than when they first met. For Brad, doing the right thing is the mantra that guides him, and why his priorities always align with those of his clients.  Whether it is buying, selling, investing, or anything else real estate, when a transaction is complete, Brad’s goal is to have his clients say they are “thrilled.”

 

Brad grew up in the Tri-State area in Short Hills, NJ, and later attended Temple University where he majored in broadcast journalism. This led to a career in sports broadcasting as well as television production where Brad worked for such notable media outlets as WQAM in Miami, and the well-renowned WFAN, where he created and developed new on-air programming.. 

 

These experiences served Brad well as the drive, patience, and most importantly fostering of relationships needed to succeed in broadcasting/TV very much overlap with what is needed to have success in real estate. Brad prides himself on listening to his clients to fully understand their goals, and then walking them through the process step by step so that their goals are not only achieved, but done so in a way that they feel as relaxed as possible throughout the process.

 

When Brad takes some personal time from real estate, he loves engaging in any number of sports including golf, soccer, and tennis. In addition, Brad is constantly immersed in reading to further educate himself on a variety of topics, but is particularly passionate about early American history.
